Thoughts

Home practice invitation

Read, reflect on and complete the attached worksheet on thinking patterns that tend to increase anxiety.

During the week, identify more examples of your own anxiety-provoking thoughts and notice which types of habitual thinking patterns arise most often. In particular, write down examples of anxiety-provoking thoughts you notice in relation to speaking (these can be thoughts that arise before, during or after speaking).
